Since 1988, I have worked with over 200
charities to enhance their fundraising and planning operations.
To those ends I:

- Upgrade monthly giving
- Create major and planned gift campaigns
- Coach staff, volunteers and board members
- Utilize strategic/outcome based planning and organizational assessments
I have been staff, volunteer, board member, or consultant in the non-profit sector since 1979. Community-based service is where my heart and hope reside.
Our sector cares for those in need, creates new paradigms for justice and safety, protects our environment, and advances art and education. No wonder I’m inspired by the fabulous people with whom I’m privileged to work.
My commitment is to fun, effectiveness and avoiding short term fixes. Organizations build capacity through establishing objectives, allocating staff and volunteer time to implement them, and designing budgets and fund development programs that support them.
Imagining ourselves successful is key to everything we do. Asking for help, understanding that change comes slowly, and working together toward the world we envision is what makes my work worthwhile.
